being

Practice Being.
Isn’t it cute that we actually have to practice non-doing? Breathing? Stillness? Allowing and surrendering?
“We have to practice these qualities because they aren’t necessarily valued or encouraged on a large scale. Our culture moves so fast, and I’m sure I’m not the only one feeling this bit if whiplash as we start to fill up our schedules again, putting trips and events and ‘To Do’s’ in our planners after a year of doing very little.”
It’s now my practice to schedule time to just Be. To hold on to that space I created for practicing non-doing through 2020. To really really be a huge nerd and put it in my Google Calendar:
“11 am- Conscious breath, 2 pm- 20 minute meditation, 11 pm- Be grateful”
What would your ideal practice of Nothing look like daily? Can you dream of ways to create space in your mind, body, breath, and schedule for Being?
